Who are we?
Indore Biotech Inputs & Research Pvt. Ltd. is a ISO 9001:2000 certified company dealing in bio-friendly agricultural inputs and services. Mahatma Gandhi during his maiden visit to the Institute of Plant Industries (now Agriculture College, Indore) on 23 April 1934, was so impressed with the process of compost making that he called it:

This process of compost making later came to be known as Indore Process for manufacture of Humus. Established in 1986, we are based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Our campus is spread over an area of 8 acres. Our present facilities comprise of (1) Research in organic farming; and, (2) Manufacturing of organic inputs for agriculture. Organic agriculture is defined as "an ecological production management system that promotes and enhances biodiversity, biological cycles, and soil biological activity. It is based on minimal use of off-farm inputs and on management practices that restore, maintain, or enhance ecological harmony. The primary goal of organic agriculture is to optimize the health and productivity of interdependent communities of soil life, plants, animals and people."

IBIR was started with the idea of manufacturing and supplying bio control agents and bio fertilizers. These products are invaluable for bio farming and cultivation. We also create awareness among farming communities by providing important information about organic cultivation. Bio farming system also plays a vital role in horticultural and cash crops. We have a wide range of biofertilizers to nourish the crops, biopesticides to protect them from harmful insects, diseases, and other pathogens. We also manufacture biostimulants as well as a range of traps and lures to combat various stages of destructive insects. All this while monitoring the insect population density through a purely mechanical process bypassing chemical insecticides. Indore Biotech has thus attempted to usher in an era of wholesome crop production without disturbing mother nature's life cycle.
